Summary of Position

This is a varied role and involves managing all administrative activities in the office and assisting the accounts and finance team.

Previous experience in an administrator and/or finance role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively.

This role provides the option to work flexible hours.

Operations Support

Summary of Position

This is a varied role and involves supporting the Operations Team in the efficient running of the case work. Duties will include, but are not limited to, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, filing and managing stationery stock levels.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are capable of working in a busy team and managing a variety of concurrent tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks are essential for this role.

Medical Record Collator

Summary of Position

The role involves sorting medical records into specified sections following our standard index document, each page is then numbered and a typed index prepared. Previous experience of working with medical records is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be able to work logically, methodically and efficiently and have exceptional attention to detail.

This role provides the option to work flexible hours and from home once fully proficient. Competitive rate of pay available.

Medical Record Analyst

Summary of Position

Sally, as a nurse, recognises the value experienced healthcare professionals can add in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.

She would like to hear from skilled Nurses, Midwives, Doctors and Dentists with a minimum of 10 years’ clinical experience.

Previous experience in analysing medical records is desirable but not essential as Sally, with her 25 year’s clinical and 20 years’ medico-legal experience, will manage the necessary training to ensure the high standards MRC attain.

The role involves preparing detailed medical chronologies and memo documents that highlight missing/illegible records and salient issues.

This role provides the option to work flexible hours and from home once fully proficient. Competitive rate of pay available.
