Our multi-talented Head of Operations, Rhys Davies, baked a beautiful raspberry cake for everyone to enjoy after the MRC monthly team meeting this afternoon.
Here at MRC, we find that regular team meetings are vital in providing a place to share information, discuss challenges we may be facing, and more importantly work out solutions. This leads to improved performance and ultimately a better service for our clients.
The take-away message from this meeting was that everyone was happy be back in the office with a full team and maintain the same level of service as before the pandemic.
