Medical Record Collation

Our Services

Collation/Sorting

Our sort only package is an expert collation and pagination service. We will sort your medical records by date and category and give you a simple index allowing you and your experts to quickly locate the key records for your case, saving you time, effort and stress.

Chronology

Our chronology service gives you a concise summary of your client’s medical records, reducing the amount of time you and your expert need to spend reviewing them.  Along with our chronology you will receive a handy memo, written by one of our medical record analysts.

Radiology

Our radiology service removes the headaches associated with processing radiology and allows you to send your experts a simple, yet secure, password protected link to view the images within their web browser.

About Our Services

We specialise in the collation and analysis of medical records on behalf of solicitors working on clinical negligence, personal injury and child protection cases.

Our flexible service is always tailored to your exact requirements and instructions. We recognise these may differ on a case-by-case basis, particularly when liability and causation have yet to be established.

We are happy to provide estimates either in advance of the records being sent to us (based on the volume of records and the issues involved) or on receipt of the records.

We work with all major ATE providers (including ARAG, DAS, Markel, Temple) and our fee structure and invoices are accepted by them.

The confidential and sensitive nature of the records entrusted to us means that data security is one of our top priorities.

MRC maintains a robust information security management system designed to exemplify good practice in information security. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations and the Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme.

The MRC Client Portal is ISO27001 compliant, Cyber Essentials and PCIDSS certified and all data is stored within UK Data Centres.
