Last night I attended the conference “Experts and Lawyers – Working Better Together” run jointly by AvMA and Irwin Mitchell in Leeds. A big thank you to the organisers and speakers. It was a very informative and interesting evening focusing on the importance of working together in the best interests of the injured client.
The highlight for me personally, was when Richard Copnall, Barrister at Parklane Plowden stressed the importance of having a well sorted and paginated bundle of medical records with a detailed index for all clinical negligence cases. This is clearly something we at Medical Record Collation would agree with!
