Pete Kilbane, our Managing Director, who has been an integral part of the team for nearly four years, took over ownership of MRC from Sally Gordon. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for MRC, one that builds on our strong foundations while embracing new opportunities to grow and evolve.
For Pete, this is more than just a change in ownership – it’s a chance to continue his aspirations for growth and take MRC into the future while staying true to the values that define us. “MRC has always stood for quality and excellence, and I’m honoured to take the company forward,” Pete said. “Our goal is not just to maintain our high standards but to find innovative ways to grow, move forward, and deliver even better excellence to our clients.”
This transition also marks the closing of an important chapter in MRC’s history, as Sally Gordon steps back after years of dedicated leadership. “This is a step I’ve been considering for the last couple of years,” said Sally. “Finding the right person to continue MRC’s legacy was always the priority, and Pete is absolutely the perfect fit. His passion, dedication, and deep understanding of the business mean MRC is in the safest of hands. It really felt like the stars aligned to make this the perfect time for such a meaningful transition.” Sally will remain a supportive presence in an advisory capacity, ensuring continuity as MRC moves into its next phase.
