Our team are friendly and approachable, diligent, knowledgeable, and professional.

Our clients tell us that one of MRC’s key strengths is the breadth and depth of specialist expertise within our team. Our nurses, midwives, dentists and doctors have vast experience across a broad range of clinical specialisms. This enables them to analyse the records quickly and comprehensively, providing insight and adding value to each case.

The team in the office work efficiently and will always go the extra mile to support and enhance the service and ensure our high standards are maintained.

Sally started her career in nursing and has been working in the medico-legal sector for over 20 years, founding the business in 2008. In her role today, Sally acts as a sounding board for the senior leadership team and contributes to business strategy.

In her spare time Sally is very active, enjoying open water swimming, tennis and cycling; as well as volunteering for CAFT on a regular basis.

With natural business acumen and a flare for problem solving, Rhys heads up our commercial and finance functions and is always looking for ways to improve client service. Rhys has worked with MRC since 2016, becoming a permanent member in 2020.

When he's not singing in one of the two local choirs he's in, Rhys can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Nicola is the driving force that ensures we deliver exceptional service for our clients. With a passion for going above and beyond and delivering great service, Nicola acts as a key contact for most of our clients, as well as recruiting and training new operations and clinical team members. Nicola enjoys travelling up to Scotland with her husband, to see their sons – one in Dundee and one in Edinburgh, and being the Captain and GK of her Trafford netball team. She also loves spending time with the family Jack-a-poo dog, Lief.

Amanda is a nurse and midwife with 37 years of clinical experience in the NHS, the last 15 years working in senior management roles within the hospital setting.

Amanda loves sport especially football and cricket and enjoys travelling; her favourite places to visit including Croatia and the Far East.

Gez has been registered as a General Nurse since 1985 and has worked with MRC since 2013. Her clinical and teaching expertise as a General Nurse covers; Substance Misuse / Mental illness, Prison & Police Custody Health, Health of Marginalised Groups / Public & Population Health. When not sat in front of the 3 screens I can be found doing something with the caravan, cleaning out chicken coops or wandering around antique fairs/salvage yards.

Qualified over 30 years ago and commissioned as a Nursing Officer in the Army in 1986, Cathy gained further experience in trauma, gunshot wounds and bomb blasts. After leaving the Army, she worked as a practice nurse and eventually combined clinical practice with working for the British Heart Foundation for 10 years.

Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and her two adventurous girls; meeting people & long walks with the dog and whoever wants to come along.

Lynsey has over 20 years experience as a midwife and has a vast knowledge of antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. She more recently worked as a Clinical Governance Midwife with a specialism of risk management, root analysis report writing and improving patient care. Lynsey has worked with MRC for over 5 years.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading and country walks with her family.

Just like our team, our dogs are friendly and approachable too and enjoy a trip to the office!

We believe that encouraging our team to bring their dogs into the office improves the morale and overall mental health of our staff and we will continue to celebrate our furry companions.

Ollie is a 13 year old pure-bred Yellow Labrador who was rescued from the RSPCA in 2013.
He loves people and attention, especially hugs and ear scratches, whilst constantly scrounging for food and treats. He's a very intelligent boy who knows how to charm and is very aware of his cuteness, especially when he's giving the puppy dog eyes!

Interesting fact: If you ask Ollie where his bone is, he'll run round the house to find one to bring you!

Almaz is a 3 and a half year old black Labrador. She loves meeting other dogs, jumping into water & searching for rocks. When you meet her, she will instantly roll onto her back for her tummy to be tickled. Once you have bent down, this will be followed by some serious face licking.

Interesting Fact: She takes her role at MRC very seriously and patrols the office for any litter and meets and greets any visitors.

Lief is our 3-year-old Jack-a-poo who fits the old saying “Great things come in small packages”. He’s a gorgeous guy who seems to make everyone smile – maybe due to his gentle nature, waggy tail, his general scruffiness or it could be his wild, expressive ears.

Interesting fact: For some reason, when it’s time to go for his walk, he runs off and hides – under tables, chairs, sideboards, baths or the office desks – but as soon as his lead is on he’s excited to go out

Mabel is a 2 year old Chihuahua who loves snuggles, balls and chasing the birds. Mabel is a big fan of training and will do almost anything for you as long as she can chase her favourite yellow ball afterwards.

Interesting fact: Mabel will not go to bed without her yellow ball, even if it means searching the garden at night!
