Medical Record Collation

We did it!

Published Date: 2nd July 2015

Last week saw Medical Record Collation exhibit for the first time at the annual AvMA Clinical Negligence Conference. This year it was only up the road for us in Leeds at The Royal Armouries.

Sheila, Nicola and I arrived in plenty of time on the Thursday afternoon to begin setting up. We weren’t really sure what to expect but Ed, Paula and Helen from AvMA were all a huge help to “us novices”. We were slightly nervous explaining to them that we were awaiting delivery of a “game” however they seemed pretty excited at the prospect of what might arrive.

We needn’t have worried; the “Batak” was a huge success as it created a bit of light relief and some friendly competition. Tom Wood, a barrister from 42 Bedford Row, won the luxury hamper of gin. He went straight to the top of the leader board on his first attempt where he remained until the winner was announced, despite numerous efforts by others to surpass him!

It was lovely to meet so many of our clients and new contacts who were all very friendly and happy to come and talk to us. Thanks to everyone who completed one of our feedback forms, the information we received really helps us to develop our service for you in the best way we can.

See you next year!
